"Our neighborhood in Cresleigh Peaks is in an ideal location - we have a huge park with water features within walking distance, our neighborhood school is the best K-8 school in the district, and we're close enough to shopping and the freeway for convenience, but far enough away that we don't have to deal with noise or traffic. Our neighborhood is beautiful! We love the exterior color palettes and front yard landscaping Cresleigh has provided. The homes on our street definitely "go together", but without the blandness you see in other neighborhoods.
Cresleigh has taken great care of us during this first year of ownership. Any issues we've had have been taken care of immediately. Our home is so well built, with wonderful details and the best floorplan we've seen. We made the best choice possible in Yuba City for home ownership."
