At Cresleigh Homes, we take our motto seriously. Every residence we build receives the same care, attention and thought that we would invest in our own home. It's a commitment - a promise really -- to constructing a product of the utmost quality.

Cresleigh Homes Corporation is based in San Francisco and has been building homes in Northern California since 1990 for nearly every type of homeowner, from entry level through move-up. Over the years, our residences have earned a following for their strong value and affordable prices - two criteria we intend to maintain as long as we build.

What sets a Cresleigh home apart? At our company, every employee is involved in the planning, construction or service surrounding our homes. It's a dedication found in our executive suite and in each job site. We customarily use better building specifications, materials and products than other builders in the same price ranges. And we choose our locations extremely carefully.

The result is a residence that often lasts longer, requires less maintenance and can rival a custom home. There's something else you might notice about our communities, many have the word Cresleigh in their names. We're so proud of what we build, we stamp our name on it. So even when our homes are finished and our neighborhoods complete, we have an interest in the quality of life for many years to come.
